An intensive summer program designed to transform young athletes through the four pillars of athletic performance—Speed, Agility, Power, and Strength.

Is weight training safe for children and teenagers?
Absolutely! When properly supervised with age-appropriate methods, strength training is not only safe but highly beneficial for young people. Our coaches specialize in youth fitness and understand the unique needs of growing bodies. We focus on proper technique, appropriate loads, and progressive development.
Do you need previous fitness experience to join?
Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our coaches will assess your child's current abilities and tailor the exercises to meet them where they are and help them progress safely.
How do I know which program is right for my child?
We recommend scheduling a free consultation with one of our coaches who can learn about your child's goals, preferences, and schedule to help guide you to the program that's the best fit. You're also welcome to have your child try a complimentary session in any program that interests them.
What should my child bring to their first session?
Just have them bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all the equipment needed for the training session.
How do you keep kids engaged and motivated?
We create a positive, supportive environment where effort is celebrated. Our coaches make fitness fun through variety, age-appropriate challenges, and a strong community atmosphere. We focus on progress rather than comparison, helping each child recognize their own improvements and achievements.
Are the programs co-ed?
Most of our programs are co-ed, with the exception of Girls Power Hour, which is specifically designed as a female-only space where young women can build confidence and comfort with strength training. Our other programs welcome all genders in an inclusive environment.
Can my child switch between different youth programs?
Yes! Many of our members participate in different programs. Depending on your membership type, your child may have the flexibility to attend various classes. Our staff can help you create a balanced schedule that meets their fitness goals.
