SAPS: Speed - Agility - Power - Strength


An intensive summer program designed to transform young athletes through the four pillars of athletic performance—Speed, Agility, Power, and Strength.


  • Proper movement mechanics and age-appropriate strength training
  • Effective conditioning methods to prepare for upcoming sports seasons
  • Mental performance training that builds confidence and positive self-talk
  • Limited group size of 12 participants for personalized coaching

So my children have been attending Skan strength and fitness for just about a year… the environment programs and hands on approach from the physical trainers/ owners is amazing. They really put your/ your child’s needs first. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone starting for themselves or their student athletes.
