Girls Power Hour
A specialized program empowering young women with strength training skills, confidence, and community in a supportive female-led environment.
Program Overview
Girls Power Hour is an after-school & summer program designed for young females to receive specialized weight room coaching from a female trainer in a comfortable and supportive setting. The primary objective is to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to work out efficiently, develop strength, and bolster their self-assurance.
Our aim is to equip participants with the confidence to navigate any weight room with ease, ensuring they are well-versed in exercise techniques and able to exude a newfound sense of self-esteem. It's common for our participants to return from college and share how they outperform many boys in the school weight room because they have learned how to do things effectively.
Beyond physical training, Girls Power Hour creates a space free from social media pressures and comparisons. It's simply about pushing ourselves together, free from cliques and societal expectations, creating the perfect environment for cultivating new connections and strengthening existing bonds

Does my child need previous fitness experience to join?
Not at all! Girls Power Hour welcomes participants of all fitness levels. We start with fundamentals and progress at each individual's pace. Many of our most successful participants had never set foot in a weight room before joining our program.
