Aging Strong: Vitality for Life

A specialized program designed for adults focused on maintaining independence, improving balance and mobility, and building the strength needed for an active lifestyle as you age.

Fit40: Fitness for Busy Adults

A dynamic program designed specifically for adults in their 30s-50s who want to improve fitness, build strength, and increase energy while juggling the demands of career and family life.


  • Efficient 45-minute workouts for busy schedules
  • Combines strength training & conditioning so you feel athletic and strong
  • Focuses on sustainable, functional fitness for everyday life
  • Small group format

Tone: Sculpt & Shape

A high-energy dance fitness program set to modern pop music that combines bodyweight resistance and cardiovascular conditioning. Through choreographed routines and rhythmic movements, participants sculpt and tone their physiques while enjoying an upbeat, music-driven workout experience.


  • Full-body toning workouts
  • Varied workouts using your own bodyweight
  • Includes cardio intervals for fat loss and endurance
  • Perfect 30-minute format for busy schedules

Morning Mobility: Awaken & Align

A rejuvenating program designed to improve functional movement and decrease discomfort. This gentle yet effective class focuses on joint mobility, dynamic stretching, and light exercises to help you start your day with improved posture, reduced stiffness, and enhanced body awareness. Perfect for adults of all ages looking to move better and feel better in daily life.


  • Gentle techniques to improve range of motion and reduce morning stiffness

  • Do I need previous fitness experience to join?

    Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Our coaches will assess your current abilities and tailor the exercises to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.

  • How do I know which program is right for me?

    We recommend scheduling a free consultation call with one of our coaches who can learn about your goals, preferences, and schedule to help guide you to the program that's the best fit. You're also welcome to try a complimentary session in any program that interests you.

  • What should I bring to my first session?

    Just bring comfortable workout clothes, supportive athletic shoes, a water bottle, and a positive attitude! We provide all the equipment needed for your training session.

  • Can I switch between different adult programs?

    Yes! Many of our members participate in different programs. Depending on your membership type, you may have the flexibility to attend various classes. Our staff can help you create a balanced schedule that meets your fitness goals.
