Tough Mother Fitness is specifically designed for postpartum moms who want to rebuild core stability, strengthen their pelvic floor, and regain full-body fitness without leaving their little one behind.


Led by experienced instructor Jen Fisher-MacLean, these specialized sessions combine pelvic floor-focused exercises with baby-integrated strength training, giving you the tools to feel strong, confident, and connected in your postpartum journey.


Whether you're newly cleared for exercise or months into recovery, Jen's expert guidance and supportive approach make this the premier opportunity for postpartum fitness!

Intensity Level

This program is adaptable to suit various postpartum fitness levels. Training intensity can be tailored to low, moderate, or high levels based on your recovery stage and personal requirements.

    Classes cost $22.00 if you book one at a time. If you purchase multiple classes, the price drops to $20.00 per class.

  • What if I haven't exercised since before pregnancy?

    Absolutely! This class is perfect for all fitness levels, from complete beginners to former athletes getting back into shape. Jen provides modifications for every exercise, and you'll work at your own pace. The focus is on rebuilding strength safely and gradually, not keeping up with anyone else.
