Boot Camp Basics
A 45-minute, circuit-style, full-body workout that's simple but not easy. Every exercise is leveled so whether you're brand new or a seasoned athlete, you'll get exactly the challenge you need.
Program Overview
Boot Camp Basics is a high-energy, circuit-style training program designed to challenge your entire body using foundational movements—think lunges, squats, deadlifts, and more—performed in proven high-intensity formats like AMRAP, EMOM, and TABATA to maximize burn and results.
Each session targets specific muscle groups through structured circuits that keep your heart rate elevated while building real strength. Our leveled approach means every exercise can be scaled from bodyweight to weighted to weighted with increased reps, ensuring you're always working at the edge of your capability.
The "boot camp" name isn't just for show. Like military basic training, this program is built around progression, commitment, and community. You'll start as a recruit and build from there—surrounded by others pushing through the same work. Misery loves company, and the synergy of sweating together with a high energy playlist and enthusiastic coach makes all the difference!

My overall strength is strong and getting stronger and my balance is improving as well as cognitively I feel a difference. I love the overall atmosphere where you see some wonderful people I know and where I meet new faces.
I was welcomed into a community of caring and committed wellness professionals that customized a dynamic fitness program to help me heal and help me to age well. This is a life enhancing place where all are welcome. Fun and caring as we “stay as strong as we can for as long as we can”.
FAQs
Get answers to common questions about our Fit40 program.
I'm not in great shape. Is this program right for me?
Absolutely! Fit40 is designed for all fitness levels. Our expert coaches provide modifications and progressions for every exercise, ensuring you're appropriately challenged regardless of your starting point. Many of our most successful members started with little to no fitness background.
How is this different from other fitness programs?
Fit40 is specifically designed for adults in their prime years who need efficient, effective workouts that complement rather than complicate their busy lives. Our program combines strength and conditioning in time-efficient sessions led by highly qualified coaches who understand the unique challenges of this life stage. The small group format provides accountability and personalization that large classes can't match.
I have an old injury. Can I still participate?
Yes! Our coaches have extensive experience working with clients who have previous injuries or limitations. During your initial session, we'll discuss any concerns and provide appropriate modifications. Having a Doctor of Chiropractic lead the program ensures an injury-conscious approach to all exercises.
