Program Overview
A fun, structured 45-minute fitness class just for girls in grades 3-5. Your daughter will build coordination, strength, and confidence through running, jumping, agility drills, and age-appropriate weighted exercises—all taught with an emphasis on proper form, safety, and building confidence. The group fitness format keeps things social and engaging, with games woven throughout to make every session feel more like play than a workout.
