Semi-Private Training
Training in a private facility. Small groups, individualized programming, and a space that's all yours for the hour.
Program Overview
Semi-Private Training is built for people who have reached the point where they know they need to make a change — and want the right environment to do it in. A private space, a welcoming environment, and a place where you feel comfortable.
Sessions run with four to six people, maximum, within our 7,500 square foot facility. From strength training to heart health and body composition, it's your private space to be guided toward your goals by compassionate coaches with extensive experience. Individualized instruction, hands-on adjustments, and a coach who can teach you how to train safely and correctly. No crowding, no anonymity, no winging it.
People use Semi-Private Training as their primary fitness routine or as a complement to whatever else they're already doing. There's flexibility based on your budget, timeline, goals, and schedule — and a structure that builds the habits you need to feel better across the board.
Key Program Features
Small Groups, Not Big Classes
Sessions are capped at six. That's the number at which a coach can actually watch everyone in the room, make corrections in real time, and give you the attention your training deserves.
A Private Facility
You train in a space reserved for your session. No strangers wandering through, no competition for equipment, no distractions. A clean, focused environment designed to let you work.
Individualized Guidance
Every session is coached with you in mind. Your instructor knows your history, watches your movement, and adjusts in real time — whether that means a modification, a correction, or a progression. You're not following a generic program. You're being coached through one that fits where you are.
Built-in Accountability
Showing up is easier when people notice if you don't. Small groups build real familiarity — with your coaches and your training partners — and that consistency is one of the biggest drivers of long-term results.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different than a regular group fitness class?
A group fitness class is designed for volume — the same workout delivered to as many people as possible. Semi-private training is the opposite. With six people max, your coach can watch every rep, adjust your form, and adapt the session to what you actually need. You get a real training relationship, not a class experience.
Is this Personal Training?
In every way that matters, yes. You're working with an experienced coach who knows your history, watches your movement, and adjusts your training in real time. The difference is that you're doing it alongside a small group of people with aligned goals — which means the coach isn't hovering over every single rep, and we're not charging $100+ per session to make it happen. You get expert instruction and genuine individualization at a fraction of the cost of traditional one-on-one training.
What are the costs?
Semi-Private Training is priced to make expert coaching accessible. Because sessions run in small groups rather than one-on-one, we're able to offer a significantly lower rate without compromising the quality of instruction. Pricing varies based on session frequency and package — reach out or book a consult and we'll walk you through the options.
What if I have an injury or something to work around?
That's exactly the kind of thing we address in your initial consult. Our team has experience working with a wide range of conditions — chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, joint issues, and more. Most limitations don't exclude you from training; they just shape how we train you.
What is the schedule?
We offer a variety of session times designed to fit your life. Once you get started, you'll work with your coach to find a schedule that makes sense for you.
