Intro to Speed & Strength Training
A 2-day clinic to learn and have fun with basic & fundamental speed training and strength training techniques with fun challenges built in! Players will develop proper mechanics for explosive movement, build functional strength, and learn how these physical skills translate directly to basketball performance. Our experienced coaches create an engaging environment where young athletes can safely build their athletic foundation.
