TONE is a dynamic fitness class specifically designed by HIGH Fitness and implemented by certified HIGH Fitness instructors. This program combines the energy of dance with effective bodyweight resistance exercises for a complete workout experience. Set to contemporary pop music that keeps you motivated, this 30-minute program is perfect for those seeking an enjoyable way to improve fitness without feeling like they're working out.


Through choreographed routines and rhythmic movements, participants sculpt and tone their physiques while enjoying an upbeat, music-driven workout experience.   • Do I need dance experience to join TONE?

    Not at all! TONE is designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of dance background. Our choreography is straightforward and repetitive, making it easy to follow. The focus is on movement and fun rather than complicated dance steps, and our instructors break down each sequence to ensure everyone can participate comfortably.

  • What should I wear to a TONE class?

    Comfortable athletic wear that allows for freedom of movement is ideal. We recommend moisture-wicking tops, flexible bottoms (leggings, shorts, or joggers), and supportive athletic shoes. Some members also like to bring a small towel for sweat and a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class.

  • Is TONE suitable for beginners?

    Absolutely! TONE welcomes participants of all fitness levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors provide modifications for every exercise, allowing you to adjust the intensity to match your current fitness level. Many of our most dedicated members started with little to no fitness experience and have progressed significantly through regular attendance.
