Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gong") is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on cultivating and harmonizing Qi—the vital energy within your body. Through gentle movements, intentional breathwork, and visualization techniques, Qi Gong promotes health, vitality, and inner balance in a practice accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.



Our program introduces traditional Qi Gong forms and exercises designed to enhance energy flow, reduce stress, and support overall well-being. With roots dating back thousands of years, these practices have stood the test of time, offering a holistic approach to physical and mental health that complements modern wellness routines.


Our sessions are gentle yet purposeful, creating space for mindful movement and deep relaxation. You don't need previous experience, flexibility, or fitness—just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and explore movement that serves your body and mind. Each practice leaves you feeling more centered, energized, and connected.


Led by an experienced instructor trained in traditional Qi Gong practices, our classes create a peaceful, supportive environment where you can explore this transformative practice at your own pace and experience the benefits of ancient wisdom applied to modern life.

  • Is CrossTrain appropriate for beginners?

    If you have and worries if you can handle this type of class, contact us to discuss and we can find the best option for you!

  • What makes this different from other circuit classes?

    CrossTrain follows a progressive plan rather than random workouts. Each session builds on previous ones with programming that evolves over weeks, ensuring you're actually getting stronger and fitter—not just tired.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring supportive athletic shoes and a water bottle. We provide all equipment including dumbbells, ropes, sleds, and other training tools.

  • How intense is the workout?

    CrossTrain is designed as a medium to high intensity class, but intensity is ultimately controlled by your effort level. Our coaches help you find the right challenge for your fitness level while encouraging you to push appropriately.

  • Do I need to commit to specific days/times?

    You have flexible options to fit your schedule and budget! Drop in for a single class (book up to 12 hours in advance), or save money with a class package that gives you more sessions at a better rate.
