Program Overview
A Long term Developmental Program for Catchers who want to Excel.
Catching is the most demanding position on the field—physically, mentally, and technically.
Catching School is a long-term development program that combines elite catching instruction with athletic training and accountability to develop complete catchers.
Our Hybrid model blends live, in-person coaching with structured remote development, giving athletes a clear plan for what to do between sessions. Through distance strength & conditioning, skill practice assignments, video feedback, and accountability, athletes continue building skills, athleticism, and confidence throughout the week—not just during lessons.
