CrossTrain is a circuit-style group fitness class designed for adults who want an efficient, effective workout that builds strength, conditioning, and athleticism in under an hour. This program combines bodyweight movements, dumbbell exercises, and fun training tools like ropes, sleds, and other challenges to keep workouts engaging and results-driven.


Our program follows a structured, progressive plan—not randomized workouts. Each session builds on the last, with programming that evolves over weeks to ensure consistent progress and prevent plateaus. You'll get variety without sacrificing strategy, making every 40-45 minute session count toward your fitness goals.


Our sessions include a proper warm-up, focused workout, and cooldown—all within a timeframe that fits busy lives. With medium to high intensity options, you can push yourself at a level that matches your current fitness while working alongside a supportive community of people who share your commitment to staying strong and healthy.


Led by coaches who understand progressive programming and proper technique, our team creates a challenging yet accessible environment where you can work hard, have fun, and see real results without spending hours in the gym.

    CrossTrain follows a progressive plan rather than random workouts. Each session builds on previous ones with programming that evolves over weeks, ensuring you're actually getting stronger and fitter—not just tired.

  • What should I bring to class?

    Just wear comfortable workout clothes, bring supportive athletic shoes and a water bottle. We provide all equipment including dumbbells, ropes, sleds, and other training tools.

  • How intense is the workout?

    CrossTrain is designed as a medium to high intensity class, but intensity is ultimately controlled by your effort level. Our coaches help you find the right challenge for your fitness level while encouraging you to push appropriately.

  • Do I need to commit to specific days/times?

    You have flexible options to fit your schedule and budget! Drop in for a single class (book up to 12 hours in advance), or save money with a class package that gives you more sessions at a better rate.
